One of our favorite places for mexican food at IPG is Rancho Market. I love the tacos de pollo (chicken tacos) with the avacado, salsa verde, and lime and that is what I almost always get. But, on occasion, when there is at least 3 of us, we spring for the Molcajete. The presentation is pretty amazing.
