We are expanding our horizons yet again. One of our clients asked us to personally help them with a real estate need in Pennsylvania. What can we say, we aim to please. So, after jumping through a good number of hoops, certifying experience with the State of Utah, coordinating many, many details (mostly by Alisha Draney's detailed efforts), obtaining a criminal history certificate, and (drum roll please) passing the Pennsylvania real estate exam, IPG will soon be licensed to practice real estate in Pennsylvania!
