It has been a busy and exciting year so far at IPG filled with new connections, big deals, and of course lots of fun!
With all the excitement, we also saw a few changes happen to the IPG lineup. We had long term IPG team member, Alisha, move on to new and exciting adventures with Epic Brewing. She was a great asset to the company and we are sad to see her go, but wish her well on her new position.
We had Jessica Cabibi join the team as Alisha’s replacement. Her position is diverse and tasks include maintaining the property database, property management, and keeping track of due diligence timelines. Jessica has a strong administrative background and is learning more about the real estate business every day. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, pistachio ice cream, and Game of Thrones marathons.
Candace Keller is another new addition to the IPG team, joining as Relationship Manager. If you are involved with commercial real estate, you will no doubt be getting a call or visit from Candace in the near future as she familiarizes herself with the market. In her spare time, Candace enjoys trail running, community involvement with the special needs population, and keeping up with her three beautiful girls.

We had a great barbecue with some incredible people (and a lucky break in the rainy weather) at Sugarhouse Park last week! Many thanks to Jeremy Andrus CEO of Traeger Grills for supplying the amazing meat and for providing his top 10 business tips for success. It was a very fun event complete with an IPG Cornhole Competition and Traeger Grill give away!
Here are a couple photos from the event:
Thank you to everyone who made this event possible and to all the great leaders who attended!
